excellent room friendly staff quick check-out parking difficulty added cost

the room was really excellent. the staff was friendly when i arrived. check out was quick. it all felt so personal.

on arrival, i found it was not so easy. i added £20 to the room cost versus other hotels with free parking nearby. it didn't feel worth the money.

The queen room was spacious and well-designed. The shower was AMAZING!!! I appreciated the modern decor and layout of the room. The bar area was good. The staff were so friendly and cute.

slippery shower floor stale muffins

The hotel parking situation was quite annoying. I had to pay £20 a night. also, the shower floor was slippery and i fell. i told the staff about it, but all they did was file an incident report. i injured my knee and am very frustrated by their lack of concern! breakfast muffins tasted stale too.

the breakfast was nice. a team that worked there seemed friendly. my room included everything i needed for a short stay.

i waited nearly 30 mins to check in. minimal information was given around where to park, resulting in further delays. it wasn't good.
