the room was really excellent. the staff was friendly when i arrived. check out was quick. it all felt so personal.

on arrival, i found it was not so easy. i added £20 to the room cost versus other hotels with free parking nearby. it didn't feel worth the money.

The queen room was spacious and well-designed. The shower was AMAZING!!! I appreciated the modern decor and layout of the room. The bar area was good. The staff were so friendly and cute.

slippery shower floorstale muffins

The hotel parking situation was quite annoying. I had to pay £20 a night. also, the shower floor was slippery and i fell. i told the staff about it, but all they did was file an incident report. i injured my knee and am very frustrated by their lack of concern! breakfast muffins tasted stale too.
